personalized and costumed products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

SALE ITEMS 

Sale, clearance and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATIONS 

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
